Content & IP Disclaimer
Who owns an AI work on GenImgMarket AI, what a buyer receives, and how previews protect the original.
Ownership
The maker owns the work.
Generating an image on the service gives the maker full ownership of the resulting file. Publishing it in the shop transfers nothing — until it sells, the work belongs to its maker.
Selling rights
What a seller promises.
By publishing a listing, the seller promises the work may be sold here and does not break the acceptable use policy. A work is offered as a single copy; once sold, it can never be listed again.
The buyer's licence
What the buyer receives.
A purchase delivers the full-resolution file and the receipt. The buyer may keep and use the purchased file; the maker's authorship stays with the maker.
Previews
Previews protect the original.
The public shop shows a watermarked preview, capped at 1024 px on the longest edge. The original file sits in a private bucket and is served only to the buyer, through an authorized route, after the purchase.
Prompt visibility
The prompt is the seller's to show.
A listing can show the prompt behind the work, and the seller decides. A hidden prompt stays with the maker; a shown prompt is published with the listing.
Reports
How to report a problem.
If a work infringes your rights or breaks the rules, write to support@example.com with the listing and what you hold. A reported work is removed while the report is checked.
