Refund Policy

When a failed generation or a top-up charge comes back — and how to ask.

Version 1.0 · ~2 minutes read

Section 01

When a refund is possible

Two paths exist today, and both are narrow.

A refund on GenImgMarket AI is either automatic — a failed generation returning to your balance — or a reversal of a top-up charge that did not credit your balance. Anything outside those two cases is not refunded.

Section 02

Failed or refunded generations

A failed run refunds itself.

When a run fails, or some units in a batch fail, the failed part is credited back to the balance in the same operation that settles the run. The refund appears in the ledger as its own row. Nothing to request.

Section 03

Balance top-ups

A charge that did not credit the balance is reversed.

An unpaid top-up invoice simply expires after 30 minutes — no charge is made. If a charge was taken and the balance was not credited, the payment provider refunds the invoice amount to the card. Write to support@example.com with the invoice from your order history.

Section 04

Shop purchases

A purchase is final once the file is delivered.

The full file opens right after payment and stays available in the order history, so there is nothing to return. If a purchased file cannot be delivered, write to support@example.com.

Section 05

How to request

One address, one form.

Write to support@example.com, or use the contact form while signed in so the message lands on your account. Name the invoice or the order; every receipt in the order history carries its number.

Section 06

Timing

How long each path takes.

An automatic refund lands together with the settling of the run. A provider refund takes as long as the provider and your bank need.
